They have the same diplomas, experience and efficiency, yet at the start they anticipate less. Although the employment situation of Poles has improved in fresh years, they are inactive struggling with a wage gap and are inactive little frequent in management positions. Where does that difference come from? Is it the system, the upbringing effect or something else?
