Bosnia and Herzegovina became a associate of the EU civilian Protection mechanics - the European Commission stated on Tuesday. UCPM is simply a strategy that allows for coordination of rescue and humanitarian assistance in the event of a disaster, the scale of which exceeds the consequence capacity of the affected country.
