Krzysztof Bosak, 10th minute speech in the Sejm on 12 December 2023 after the exposition of Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
- Mr. Marshal, advanced Sejm. We announced throughout the run that we would not support the government of Matthew Morawiecki or the government of Donald Tusk. We keep our word. And we already have an explanation in this expose, a clear line of evidence why we won't.
This was primarily an exposé, for our perspective, highly akin to the speeches of PiS politicians. Well, they present a circumstantial kind of messianism. They think only they can save Poland. They're not expected to regulation normally, they're here to specify principles, specify values, explain things to everyone.
And present you came and presented the same thing, only in a different version. It turns out that most of your two-hour speech is not devoted to the presentation of a government plan. You don't sacrifice to show what you're going to do, achieve. You do not sacrifice at least general promises, as you did in 2007. I was 1 of the analysts who counted your promises at the time. There were over 200 of them. You spoke for 3 hours. Today, for 2 hours, you have made just a twelve promises and any variants in rule we will analyze, see, we will audit, we do not know.
We do not anticipate any fresh messianism from the government. There's no request to save the republic. There's no request to teach the public what democracy is. There's a request for good governance that the PiS couldn't deliver. And we see that you're besides on the right track to fall into precisely the same lines.
From 2 hours for over an hr we heard generalizations, pathos, playing on emotions, even referring to suicides, while it was besides before the Prime Minister's Chancellery, erstwhile you were Prime Minister that man was burned. besides due to frustration, various problems. erstwhile the Lord besides ruled entrepreneurs, they even forced themselves on committees to protest that they were destroyed! Destroyed by evil laws that did not warrant their rights. Even though they worked for... the state. We were possibly the only country in Europe in which individual in the making of contracts for the government bankrupted their company, due to the fact that specified conditions were given by the state.
Did the Law and Justice change that? Not really. Government tenders can besides be executed present and bankrupted as a consequence of a deficiency of payment. I myself have contact with entrepreneurs who couldn't get paid in your government for the work done.
Meanwhile, we had generals, pathos, emotional sound, lots of general announcements of ideological character. And we admit that you are a coalition of leftist, progressive liberals mixed with socialists and post-chalades, people and civilian politicians from Poland 2050. We accept that. But you don't gotta educate society on your own. Nobody's waiting for that. We wait as Poles, we wait as Confederate politicians, as opposition to you – the hard, substantive, average opposition you will have in us – we wait for you to show that you can regulation normally. Will you show it? Your speech, unfortunately, does not announce that. And your experience with you doesn't foretell that.
Why. Mr. Prime Minister, yesterday and present he presented himself here as an infrequent victim of totalitarianism. While you are 1 of the beneficiaries of the III strategy of the Republic of Poland, who built this strategy from the beginning to the end. Prime Minister, you are not a victim of totalitarianism. You have found and functioned in Polish politics. The people who can stand up as victims are people who, erstwhile you were Prime Minister, were sitting in e.g. mining detention for 2 years, due to the fact that you and your ministers came up with the thought of a war with fans. These are people who were detained on the Marches of independency and then convicted before the courts. I came to the courtrooms and watched it happen, based on false evidence from police officers. No evidence. Even erstwhile video footage confirmed individual was innocent. I organized a demonstration against your government after the tape scandal. I was detained in Szucha Street with another erstwhile MP Robert Winnicki by police. And then, in front of me, for your authority, the police insolently wrote false notes that I allegedly attacked them where the video didn't confirm it. These charges fell before the court, but earlier the police controlled by your ministers made it hard for my lawyers to contact me and find erstwhile I would be in the courtroom. That's what law enforcement looked like in your case. ...
