Prime Minister Tusk at the Court of State! We must retreat from the unusual conschachts of Mr. Zelenski. The Confederacy is right, Prime Minister Donald Tusk should face the Court of State. The shameful contract signed with Volodymyr Zelenski is incompatible with the Constitution.
Such a crucial global agreement should be presented in Parliament, there should be a bill and a ratification process involving the president of the Republic of Poland. I full realize why these wise men's protocols have been secretly established. Bosak rightly referred to Article 89 of the Constitution, which regulates the ratification of global agreements. Among another things, he said: “It is said that for 10 years the Polish State is to finance the functioning of the Ukrainian State, its armed forces. Participate not only in their training and supplying, as yet, but even in the formation of Ukrainian troops in our territory.”
It is besides crucial to note that the alleged "Security Agreement between Poland and Ukraine" is simply a paper signed with a country which is at war. The dangerous point of this curiosistic and totally unnecessary agreement is the 1 saying, "Cooperation in the event of a future armed attack or crucial escalation". I am most afraid about the word ‘or’. Who's expected to find if there's specified an escalation? What data and by whom will the escalation scale be based?
The Polish State provided in the form of assistance to Ukraine (armies, logistics, deliveries, medical supplies) for EUR 4 000,000,000 (yes, yes, EUR 4 billion). Mr Tusk undertakes to forward further packages of crucial value for 10 consecutive years. And there is not a word there how the Ukrainian State will return this to us. Note that the United States mostly "helps" in the form of loans, not gifts.
The Kuriosian thought of establishing the Ukrainian Legion in our country has come to this. Not just an idea, but even a name is fatal! It is uniquely associated with the Ukrainiansche Legion or Nationalist Military Branch, which was created by the agreement of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (CNS) with the Nazi Abwehra. It was a formation equipped and trained by the Nazis in 1939. Mr. Volodymyr Zelenski says: “This is simply a formation that, like the Ukrainian-Polish-Lithuanian group, could enable Ukrainian citizens residing in Poland to participate in the defence of Ukraine. All volunteers would undergo training in Poland and be armed here. Any citizen of Ukraine who decides to join the legion will be able to sign with Ukraine's armed forces.” And possibly I'm looking for a gap in the full place, but in the present situation, I like to blow on the ground. Ukrainians are not mentioned, but “Ukrainian citizens”. And I am afraid that individual may come up with a Satanic thought to broadcast “Ukrainian citizenship” in any accelerated mode to those who are willing from various places in the world.
The dimension of symbols besides matters. This happened a fewer days before the anniversary of Bloody Sunday, which was the culmination of the action of cruel killing of Poles by Ukrainians on our erstwhile East Borders. Zelenski didn't do what he should have done. He did not go to Podkarpata and fell on his knees in front of the monument in Domastawa, as Willy Brandt did in 1970 under the statue of the Heroes of Getta in Warsaw. He did not want to meet the last surviving who survived Ukrainian forks and axes. He did not say that immediately and unconditionally it will be possible to exhume the remains of Poles murdered in today's Ukraine. There have been no words about stopping the glorification of the banders or the liquidation of their monuments. He did not mention the introduction of teaching in schools in Ukraine about crimes committed by people formed by the ideology of Bandera. And he didn't mention the future real compensation for past crimes.
"Pacta sunt servanda". Deals must be kept and that is obvious. But contracts should be carefully prepared and their content should not be hidden from the Polish people. This agreement reminds me of the ones that old people signed to buy pots or wellness duvets. It is not clear, and in my opinion it is not honest. If this agreement was signed by Prime Minister Tusk and Mr Zelenski not in accordance with the Polish Constitution, then it should be withdrawn immediately. The apparent thing is that this will trigger a hysterical reaction from the Ukrainian side and a shoal from the United States and large Britain. However, these image and financial harm will be little severe for the Polish people than the possible consequences of a bizarre Cyrilograph signed by Donald Tusk.
