President Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the Chancellery of President, stated on Friday in the Sejm that there are “far-reaching doubts” about Maciej Berk's actual practice of legal counsel for 10 years.
In his opinion for reasons of formal candidacy
Berka should not be court-martialed.
During speeches in the Sejm before the vote
On the election of justice TK, the head of the NRP said,
that “there is simply a large probability that Minister Berek, present a candidate for justice of the TK, in general
does not meet the formal requirements.’
