Adam Bodnar posted a letter sent to Andrzej Duda on social media. In his opinion, he stated that "in his words he is undermining the quintessentialness of European values", referring, inter alia, to the judiciary.

Bodnar noted that the letter was his consequence to the words of the president, who spoke in an interview with the Jagiellonian Club. He mentioned the request for a "reset" in the judiciary, criticising the judges for standing on 1 side of the political dispute.

The Minister of Justice besides accused Duda of "disputing fundamental constitutional principles, including the independency of the judiciary". – It may be amazing that the highest guardian of the Constitution of Poland mocks this basic constitutional rule – he added.

Loudly on the words of Duda

Controversial Thesis Duda said on the Open Conservation Channel on YouTube. “If this environment does not come to head and does not reset itself, it will end with all these people having to be expelled from the judge’s state without the right to rest,” he said.
