All indicates that the aim of Ukrainian Adam Bodnar, who thanks to his entry into the pro-German government of Donald Tusk, is to completely destabilise and discredit the Polish justice system. This time, his deputy military officer, Prosecutor Tomasz Janeczek, spoke about his diversional, anti-Polish activity. Below is his statement, included, among others, on X.
Bodnar paralyzes the prosecution's actions on detainees, but not only. A fresh light for the sabotage of the state institutions he cultivates, throws a message from prosecutor Tomasz Janeczek:
At the outset, I would like to point out that today, from media messages, I learned about the death of a soldier who was stabbed respective days ago by an illegal immigrant on the border with Belarus. I express large compassion to the household and close Soldier Defender of Poland. He remains in prayer for his soul. Hi, his memory.
1. Due to the dramatic situation on the border with Belarus and the actions of the Minister of Justice of the lawyer General Adam Bodnar, whose consequences increase the safety threat of Poland, I asked the president of the Republic of Poland – Head of the Armed Forces Andrzej Duda – for a meeting.
2. As Deputy lawyer General for Military Affairs, I am obliged to present to the president the current real situation in the National Prosecutor's Office and inform him about paralysis of supervision of prosecutor's proceedings concerning Polish soldiers.
3. This paralysis triggered the decisions of the Minister of Justice of the lawyer General Adam Bodnar, who unlawfully deprived me of the chance to carry out my duties to the full degree indicated by the bill, among others. He's banned me from providing detailed information on ongoing proceedings. The decisions of the Minister were taken against the provisions of the Law on Public Prosecutor's Office and besides violate the interior regulations of the National Prosecutor's Office.
4. Minister Adam Bodnar thus prevented his Substitutes for Military Affairs conduct real surveillance on proceedings, which, during the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine and hybrid actions conducted by Belarusian and Russian authorities against the Republic, undermines the safety of the state.
5. Regarding the events revealed in the media on the Belarusian border – stopping Polish soldiers and cuffing them – I declare that I only learned about the details of this event from the media.
6. This is an absolutely unacceptable situation, contrary to the simple principles of the Polish prosecution, even caricature. Unfortunately, it comes straight and exclusively from the illegal decisions of the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar.
7. The event took place on 22 March 2024 in the village of Dubicze Cerkiwne. Polish soldiers from the Tadeusz Kościuszko Panzer Brigade supported the Border defender operations there, patrolling the border. Attacked by a group of dozens of illegal migrants, armed with dangerous tools, they were forced to fire informing shots to repel the attack and force the attackers to withdraw. It worked anyway.
Three soldiers, however, were detained by the Military Gendarmerie and handcuffed because, as they were told, of the unjustified usage of the weapon. Bialystok – North territory Prosecutor's Office in Bialystok accused 2 of them of exceeding their rights and endangering the lives of others.
8. The usage of weapons by soldiers is always a serious incidental and the superiors of a given unit are obliged to inform their superiors thereof and must proceed to scope the competent authorities of the State.
9. due to the blockade introduced by Minister Adam Bodnar, I received no information about this event for more than a period and a half. I did not know about the incidental with the shooting, nor about the detention of soldiers and the cuffing of them, nor about the taking of proceedings against them by the Public Prosecutor's Office. This is simply a violation of many laws.
As we just learned a fewer minutes ago, the Prime Minister of the Warsaw Government Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar, have attempted to save their position by appeal D.A. Janeczek from his position.
OUR COMMENTS: Dysmocratic wars of PIS-PO lead straight to the decomposition of the state structures. This does not change the fact that Bodnar is an exceptional pest even against the background of another politicians of the 3rd Republic.
