Bodnar has decided on Ziebra. It's about forced delivery

Adam Bodnar made a request to the Sejm to give his consent to the detention and to force Zbigniew Ziobra to be brought before the Sejm's Pegasus committee of inquiry.


Information in this case was published by RMF FM station. The papers concerning Zbigniew Ziobry are expected to come from the lawyer General to Szymon Holownia on Friday 11 July. Now the immunity of the erstwhile Minister of Justice will be decided by the Sejm.

As noted by RMF FM, the proposal will first go to the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Members' Affairs and Immunities. Then there will be a vote in the plenary room. When? most likely August 5th. If immunity is waived, Ziobro could be interviewed in front of the committee of enquiry as early as September.
