Bodnar appreciated

In the old days, right at the very beginning of the Polish-Jaruzel War, the most celebrated cabaret not only of Krakow was sung loudly "a decree on the state of war". The comic effect was unrepeatable. A small earlier, Master Pietrzak sometimes picked up any of the “election office” and read the messages loudly. The spectators were laughing.

CDo I remind you of my ego? due to the fact that thanks to the current (non)wife we have a repeat of entertainment.

Here is the website of the Ministry of Justice Bondarisation (b. Ministry of Justice):

Poland ranked 33rd in the regulation of Law Index ranking published by the planet Justice Project. For the first time in 8 years Poland's position has gone up – it is simply a sign that the restoration of the regulation of law in Poland is going in the right direction.

– After the parliamentary elections, Poland returned to the list of law-abiding countries. We have taken a number of steps to repair the justice system. We are at the beginning of the road, but we are glad that after years of decline in ranking, we have yet strengthened our position. We are pleased that we have managed to break the downward trend, but our main long-distance goal is to be at the forefront of the ranking states – said Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar.

The importance of rankings specified as regulation of Law Index was repeatedly highlighted by Minister Bodnar in the past. In 2021, in 1 of his columns, he wrote: “These rankings form the perception of the state internationally. This affects the conditions of business and investment, but besides the general state's condition. They besides let for better targeting of the interest of global organisations and institutions that want to advance democratic change in a given country."

Evaluation of Poland in regulation of Law Index 2024

In this year's WJP report, the regulation of law dropped in most countries surveyed. However, there are examples of countries that show that improvement is possible. 1 of them is Poland – its assessment in comparison to last year changed by 3.2%, which is the largest increase in the overall assessment among all the countries rated in the ranking.

Poland's position increased by 3 places – from 36th place in 2023 we were promoted to 33rd place in the world. In the regional ranking (including EU, EFTA and North America) Poland was ranked 25th in 31 countries (in 2023 we took 26th place). In the advanced income category Poland ranked 32nd in 47 countries (in 2023 it was 35th).

The biggest increase in the rating (up to 21 positions) was recorded in the category "Constraints on Government Powers" – limitations of government power. This indicator examines mechanisms that warrant the work of power before citizens.

These mechanisms must be ensured through the actions of the legislative, judicial and independent audit bodies. This indicator besides examines how the criminal liability of public officials and the freedom of NGO and media activities functions.

Another indicator in which Poland saw a crucial increase (by 14 positions) is the "Open Government" – the openness of the government. Transparency of government activities, citizens' right to public information and mechanisms for civic activity and for complaints about public services play a key function in this category.

The improvement was besides noted in the categories "Civil justice" (by 5 positions) – civilian justice and "Fundamental rights" (4 positions) – fundamental rights.

The analysis of the study shows that action to repair and strengthen the Polish justice strategy should continue. However, there is no uncertainty that the actions of the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar have a real impact on improving the situation in Poland, and the direction of change is correct.

I like the category "openness of government" and the promotion in this category by 14 positions. I bet it's mostly thanks to the Deputy Minister of Justice Myrchy and the Ministries Spurek, pardons Hennig - Kluski or something similar. ;)

But the most crucial thing is Bodnar's statement. – After the parliamentary elections, Poland returned to the list of law-abiding countries.

No substance how old things work, the fresh judd has not proposed a shadow of the bill. Well, aside from the proposal to force part of the judiciary community to the alleged self-criticism known from 1940 to 1950. It's not that alternatively of the National Prosecutor we have a disguise, political processes become the norm and torture is applied to detainees!

Bodnar, on the basis of any NGO-su, who develops his deep thoughts and analyses solely on the basis of reports received from a given country, takes delight in himself.

Looking at what is presently happening in the alleged justice system, it seems to be pure madness.

DIAnd this is yet another proof of what totalitarian opposition has been doing for 8 years to get distant from the trough (in this way they treat power, as we see already rather clearly under the “fachoffcs” of state companies and to bring down their results).

According to the memorable slogan ‘street and abroad“ In the country there were various types of coders, volatile opposition brigades, reduced with the celebrated trident of freedom at the head, and it was written wherever possible.

M. in. to planet Justice task (WJP)Which part of the study they brag about.

Now they say it's cool. So Poland will advance in rankings.

By the way, it's pathetic that Bodnar's utilizing these methods.

Even Gierty would think of it better...
