On 7 September, the Municipal Election Commission in Krakow refused the registration of Bartosz Bocheńczak from the Confederation and Marian Banasia, erstwhile NIK president, in the early elections of 27 September. Both of them did not show the required 3,000 valid signatures. Decisions may be contested, so the list of candidates request not be final.
