The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported present (on Tuesday) that Ukrainian defence forces carried out an attack on the permanent base of the 448th Russian rocket brigade in the Kursk Oblast. According to the Staff, this unit is liable for rocket shelling Sum on Palm Sunday.
