Billions to grow the shipyard in Pearl Harbor

On March 10, the U.S. Department of defence reported on the signing of a multi-annual agreement with a consortium of civilian entities on the implementation of a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard expansion programme located in Hawaii.
