‘Free’ buses on Open’era cost Gdynia over PLN 1.3 million

Special bus communication launched during the Open’er Festival 2026 cost PLN 1,307 866,18 net. Transports lasted six days and were free of charge to passengers, but their cost was covered by public funds. The amounts come from the authoritative answer of the City of Gdynia. The editorial board was informed about the paper concerning the settlement of festival services. The paper on the issue was signed electronically by the vice president of Gdynia Rafał Geremek. Six days of peculiar courses – buses for Open’era Communication for participants of the festival operated from 30 June to 5 July 2026. The full cost of the service was precisely PLN 1 307 866,18 net.
