One of the main propagandas of the Republic of Poland is the claim that during the period of the regulation of the PO we had a "Russian-German condominium" in Poland, which made us a subordinate and even occupied country.
Now, we have "brought" independency and are marching towards the power. It is akin to writing compose paint sanitation propaganda on the eve of planet War II.
The author of the “Russian-German condominium” thesis is Jarosław Kaczyński, who began his political career in the 3rd Republic as a supporter of the German chade (PC sought the support of the CDU), but then, rejected and ignored, became a fierce opponent or even an enemy of Germany. Meanwhile, the smaller the influence of Russia in Poland, the greater was the anti-Russian hysteria, the tracking of agents, historical wars, the presentation of Russia as a barbaric country threatening for hundreds of years our existence, the demolition of monuments commemorating the triumph in 1945 over the 3rd Reich, etc. If this was to be the “Russian influence” in Poland, this “ condominium”, it means that those who advance specified thesis are insane or highly false.
During this period, Poland joined NATO and the EU, implements highly anti-Russian and pro-Ukrainian policies in the East, participates in any propaganda riot against Russia, and is now at the forefront of the pro-war camp. specified a policy raises increasing concerns about Poland's engagement in the war with Russia, whether alone (the celebrated assistance of the "peaceful" mission in Ukraine by Kaczyński) or at the command of Washington. It is not true, which is now said that "Germany fattened Putin". The benefits were mutual, Russia earned on oil and gas, and Germany developed the economy, but Poland besides imported Russian natural materials, to the very end and even longer than Germany! However, nobody says that “Poland was fattening Putin”, even though we paid Russia immense sums of money.
From a purely economical point of view, the "condominium" was beneficial for Poland, and supplemented by cooperation with China, gave everyone clear prospects for further development.. However, this imagination was not in the taste of the political and military hegemon of the West – USA. The main intent of the US policy was so to break this idyll. Germans besides made mistakes, engaging in e.g. support for Majdan in Ukraine, then there was the first serious scratch in relations with Russia.
