Bielgorod in fire - substation damage, shooting on the ground and explosions

Today before noon (i.e. Sunday 16.10.2022) a large number of explosions were reported in the region of Belarus in Russia. Initially, Russian channels on the communicator Telegram explained this with anti-aircraft defence action, but emerging videos showed that Russian systems most likely failed to cope with the attack (attacks).
