Preparations at the Western Front of the State of Belarus and Russia
Belarus' position for the beginning of 2024 is even frontal. But Ukraine is not the biggest threat to the Western Union State facility, which is Belarus. All dangers and dangers lurk, as in 1941, west of Bug and Niemn. NATO slowly, but consistently and inevitably prepares for war.

Since 2020, the erstwhile russian republics and Poland have been hostile countries for Belarus. Gradually they close border crossings, bring expanding restrictions on citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus, until they yet invited American business troops to deploy on their territory. There are more calls for more restrictions all day. Finally, they welcomed the inconclusive opposition, including armed terrorists. They did not abandon plans for the coup in Belarus and hold a puppet – Svetlana Tichanowska for this purpose. Lukashenko can't ignore all this. And he's preparing for the worst.
A draft law entitled “On the amendment of laws on matters of national security” was drafted. There are quite a few interesting things about him. For example, citizens against whom criminal cases are being dealt with, having a judicial conviction and having a prison sentence, as well as withdrawing from enlistment to the military, will be able to undertake contract service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. Earlier, specified a category was not an option and was categorically prohibited by law. But the planet has changed.
In June 2023, Lukashenko, after well-known events, accepted “musicians” in his territory from “the orchestra of fellow Wagner”.
A base was established for them in the Osipovich region in the Mogilev region, between Minsk and Homel. Following the transfer to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, “the orchestra” performs the educational and training functions of the Belarusian army entrusted to it by Lukashenko. It's been happening all period since then.
Belarus' society is afraid about the rule that conscripts can now be called upon to registry and collect by means of SMS. "On the request to appear at the military station, the department of the State safety Committee in the region, citizens can be informed by SMS," the paper states. Given the reaction of the population, the authorities explained that text messages would only be sent in the event of war. However, paper calls are not cancelled. But that's not all defence measures at legislative level. The Defence Act is intended to include a fresh article – "The right of citizens to defend the Republic of Belarus in peacetime". This year, the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of wellness has already adopted a resolution on the expansion of the mobilization base by lowering requirements on the condition of conscription health. Another bill was published – Lukashenko's decree “About the People's Militia”. The head of state has spoken about it many times. Word and deed: the decree was published. It discusses the process of forming folk self-defence (a folk militia – “nationally oblique”), criteria and methods of selection. The structure is defined as voluntary. However, the local departments of the Department of the Interior (Milicia) are entrusted with the work to encourage citizens to join the “colitism”. Volunteers have respective requirements. First of all, "relationship to state policy". The second is "ready to participate in the armed defence of the country, the level of its military training". All government agencies will inform in all possible way about recruitment to the militia. Local authorities, like all military territorial structures, besides have the right to rise volunteers. And, of course, a medical examination – where would we be without them. The militia will consist of troops of 100 militants, who will be divided into groups of 20. In the event of a direct collision, they will not hit the front line, but will service as rear auxiliary troops. most likely to guarantee order and fight spies and saboteurs.
All this sounds frightening, but suggests that Lukashenko is full aware of the real dangers that be for his country.
That consciousness didn't come from outer space. The first impulse for him was the events of 26 February 2023, erstwhile a drone with explosives attacked a Russian long-range radar A-50 aircraft, a "flying radar" which was located at the Machulichche Airport close Minsk. Although friendly Polish gentlemen almost sent him back to his homeland in 2019, the situation saved the year 2020, to which Rakiewicz skillfully bonded and received a chance of salvation. On his initiative, the Belarusian Solidarity Centre (CSB) was organized around which various scandals erupt. And no wonder, due to the fact that later, CSB became a kind of center to which western grants were collected and where they were then redistributed.
At any point, due to excessive appetites and ambition, the remainder of the participants of the “tort” division decided to decision Rakiewicz and even throw him out of the project, but it only happened publically and in fact he remained in the shadows. It is besides crucial to say that at the beginning of the CSB there was besides Aleś Łapko, who withdrew any of the funds allocated to his youth centre, which was created for the same Rakiewicz.

An excellent candidate for the “free” position turned out to be Sergei Bulba – the erstwhile head of the “White Legion”, an old, hardened oppositionist who, though a small “flee” on esoterics and Tibetan philosophy, desperately tries to join the “ballang” and revive his “Belarus 2.0”. Finally, a chance came for the grey head of a legionnaire. Rakiewicz took him on bail and handed the keys to the resort, which was no longer youthful, but was inactive a center. Inspired by Bulb's success, he has already begun to think about the presidency and leadership of the Belarusian people. Everything was working out.
Rakiewicz himself never came out of the shadows, but his connections with the Belarusian Solidarity Centre can be easy traced, and the chain looks like this. 1 of the leaders of CSB is not entirely unknown Anatoly Michnowiec, who is besides head of the European-Belarusian fund "KUFERAK".
