Belarus Complains About the Dam and Seeks global Mediation

The dispute over the barrier on the Polish-Belarusian border has been brought before UNESCO. Minsk argues that the barrier threatens the ecosystem of the Białowieża Forest and is calling for global mediation. The issue resurfaces at a time erstwhile migration force is one more time mounting on the European Union’s east border.
