There will be national mourning. Tusk: I've given the countersignature

Prime Minister Donald Tusk reported that he gave a countersignature under the decision of president Andrzej Duda about national mourning in connection with the ceremony of Pope Francis. He besides added that he would not go to the ceremony alone.
