ZUS CEO Zbigniew Derdziuk in an interview with "Faktu" questioned the current rules for the payment of fourteenth pension, which this year amounted to PLN 1878.91 gross. In the context of an ageing population and rising budget commitments, the president of the Social safety Office suggests that the current income threshold of PLN 2,900, which entitles to full benefits, may require reconsideration.
