Is there going to be a change in access to weapons?

"The usage of arms by civilians is simply a sphere which is subject to peculiar regulation" - we read in the explanatory memorandum of the draft amendment of the Act on Arms and Ammunition submitted by Polish MPs 2050 of the 3rd Way. This regulation is the subject of the changes proposed. Parliamentarians argue that "the State is required to introduce the highest standards of protection against uncontrolled usage of weapons" and that this is intended to "especially to defend the public from persons who may usage weapons in a way incompatible with the authorisation to have them".
