That's another complaint.
According to the information “Gazeta Wyborcza” a complaint against the 3rd Way policy was lodged by Krzysztof Kotkiewicz. Kotkiewicz wrote that he was reporting a breach of his good name and receiving threats from Bartosz Szmajchel, secretary of the party. He describes the October 2023 incident, erstwhile during a gathering in Lębork on Krzywousty 1 Street, he felt physically intimidated by Szmajchel, which prompted him to leave the meeting.
Kotkiewicz suggests that Szmajchel poses a threat to the party. Bartosz Szmajchel, in turn, did not comment on the allegations, simply saying that "there is nothing to comment on." Wioletta Tomczak, besides asked about the case by the Electoral Gazette, did not want to confirm it or deny it, calling it an ‘internal matter’.
“The dagger in the heart”
This isn't the first thing of this kind with the Shmajchel in the lead. More than a week ago, the media reported another situation that occurred in the winter of this year. This happened in February in Jastrzeże Góra, during the pre-election gathering of Polish activists 2050 Szymon Holownia. Andrzej Pecka, a cardiologist who was then a candidate for president of Gdańsk, was among the party's colleagues. At 1 point Bartosz Szmajchel, the secretary of Poland 2050 in Pomerania, approached him.
The informant told Gazeta Wyborcza that Szmajchel was expected to shake Pecka's hand and then say:
I'll stab you in the heart so they don't save you.
These words terrified Pecka, who rightly regarded the message as a threat. However, it is clear that these politicians have long not been in love. Pecka considers that the management kind of the Szmajchel structures does not appear to be appropriate. Szhmajchel is expected to be a very conflicting person.
The case was reported to the D.A.'s office by Andrzej Peck, who confirmed that he had submitted a notice, but did not want to uncover details. He besides added that at his request the case was besides dealt with by organization court of Poland 2050. On the another hand, Bartosz Szmajchel stated that he had not received any information from the state authorities about the incident.
