The balance of peace negotiations initiated by president Donald Trump to date is that the most important, or suspension of fire, has not yet been achieved. The Easter break in the battles simply limited them, but it should be remembered that it was Vladimir Putin's action not due to the arrangements with Ukraine, but a unilateral decision, introduced so that the Americans would not overturn the negotiating table in the arabian Riyadh.
