Delegated groups in support of the "state coup". An absurd thought of PiS

An unsuccessful assault on the Sejm

On Wednesday morning, Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik tried to invade the Sejm, which caused a clash with the Marshal's defender in front of the building. After a twelve minutes, the heads of the CBA and the Ministry of abroad Affairs left Parliament. Although they engaged that their absence would last about half an hour, no of the politicians again attempted to enter the building.

The Marshal of the Sejm, Simon Holovnia, is adamant about this matter. He says that the mandates of both PiS politicians expired as a consequence of the final judgement of the court of December 2023. The justice of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Mariusz Muszyński of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the UKSW, criticized the conviction of Holownia, calling it absurd. According to him, 2 politicians of the Law and Justice have not lost their mandates, and the confusion that has occurred comes solely from the actions of the marshal.

However, what could not be said about the Wednesday incidental is that Kaczyński's organization expected a different turn of events. The president, on the another hand, was seemingly offended by Simon Holovnia due to the fact that he openly declared that he did not know him.

Delegated for "state bombing"

“Rzeczpospolita” informs that in Jarosław Kaczyński's organization due to events occurring under the Sejm, a fresh thought was born to fight the ruling coalition. PiS plans to apply to the Constitutional Court for the illegalisation of groups participating in the “state bombing” in Poland.

One PiS politician told the paper that 1 of the ideas is to submit specified a motion to the Court. The aim would be to delegate all political groups active in this "attack".

It is pointed out that these plans are confirmed by the fact that during the incidental under the Seym Jarosław Kaczyński demanded in writing confirmation from the Marshal's defender that Simon Hołownia gave the order not to let Members into the parliament building. However, in the end, the president of the Law and Justice only received an endorsement on the reverse of the ultimate Court letter. During the conference Kaczyński stated that he had procedural materials that his organization wanted to obtain.

Three projects

It is worth noting that on Tuesday the Law and Justice passed 3 draft resolutions, 1 of which has many common features with the announced idea.

The first draft under the name “The draft resolution on the defence of the independency of the Constitutional Court”, co-authored by PiS MP Krzysztof Szczucki, aims to preserve the current position of the Constitutional Court. This may be a consequence to the fresh announcements of the ruling coalition, which plans to remove the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal referred to as "dublers", as well as erstwhile PiS MPs Krystyna Pawłowicz and Stanisław Piotrowicz, who joined the Constitutional Tribunal after exceeding the retirement age for judges.

Marcin Warchoł of Sovereign Poland is simply a typical of the applicants of the "Polish draft resolution on respect for human rights and respect for the European Convention on Human Rights in Poland", which refers to the arrest of Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik, including their conditions of detention.

On the another hand, the "Polish draft resolution on compliance with the principles of freedom and justice expressed in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland", besides signed by Szczucki, includes issues included in erstwhile projects, as well as changes in public media made by the Donald Tusk government.

Applicants accuse the current government of attempting a coup, citing Article 127 of the Criminal Code, which provides for penalties for 10 years in prison for life imprisonment.
