Banks inform against the fresh tax. The consequences will be borne by customers

The introduction of an additional burden on banks in the form of windfall taxation will further limit lending, informed the president of the Polish Bank Association, Tadeusz Białek. A supporter of the fresh levy is, among others, Szymon Hołownia. "Banks gain quite a few money with these interest rates and margins anyway," emphasized the talker of the Sejm last week.
