Ban on Russian ships. Another package of sanctions

The ambassadors of the European Union countries have agreed on the 17th package of sanctions. It is to hit the Russian "shadow fleet" and blacklist judges and prosecutors active in the cases of oppositionists Alexei Navalny and Vladimir Kara-Murza. The sanctions are to be approved by the abroad ministers on May 20.
