Ban on Russian ships. Another package of sanctions

The EU associate States' Ambassadors agreed on the 17th sanction package. It is expected to hit the Russian "shadow float" and put on the blacklist of judges and prosecutors active in opposition cases of Alexey Navalny and Vladimir Kara-Murzy. The sanctions are to be approved by abroad ministers on 20 May.
