Currently, NATO introduces a strategy called "Air Shielding" in east Flance and, above all, in the Baltic countries, in which not only the presence of allied aviation is to be strengthened, but besides the anti-aircraft defence at the interface of the alliance with Russia and Belarus. As part of this strategy, American 5th generation F-35A fighters have been stationed in Estonia since early July.
