The quality of our staff has deteriorated dramatically, which causes that the capital accumulated at the beginning of the 3rd Poland by its elite is wasted carelessly and pointlessly. Elite, I have no doubt, just wonderful. At the time, around 1989, Poland was very fortunate erstwhile it came to the economy, but it was besides fortunate for people who were able to exploit and manage this economical situation. At that time Poland was fortunate to people on both sides of the political dispute, or in fact on all sides, due to the fact that our staff was sensational everywhere.
