We arrived at the ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw to commemorate the murdered in Huta Pieniacka on 28 February 1944...

80 years ago, Ukrainian nationalists committed a genocide crime in Pieniacka Huta. Eternal memory of the Martyrs! Gratitude to Mrs. Margaret Gośniowska-Kol for the unbreakable cultivation of memory of the victims of the crime. Twice in 2019 and 2020, along with the families of the victims, I had the honour of being in Pieniacka Huta and paying tribute to the shadows of the cruelly murdered. Eternal remainder give them the Lord! - wrote John Joseph Kasprzyk.

Also, the current Head of the Office for Combatants and Represented People Lech Parnell stressed that we came to the ceremony at the Unknown Soldier's Memorial in Warsaw to commemorate the murdered in Pieniacka Hut on 28 February 1944. It was then that the demolition of the Polish border town, which had already been visited by alarming news from Volyn from another towns where the extermination of the population took place. It shocks the enormity of this crime, overwhelming the memory of hundreds of cruelly murdered women, children, old people, peaceful, average people who have not done anything wrong. Their only real responsibility was belonging to the Polish nation – Lech Parnell said.

"Huta Pieniacka is simply a Polish village erstwhile located in Tarnopolskie Voivodeship on the border of Podola and Volyn. The people of this village, they lived like everyone else in the neighborhood. Their homes stood in tiny orchards. In windows embroidered curtains, and in bleached walls and wooden walls joy, anger, jealousy, sadness or despair. It's like home. They lived side by side, helped each another with fieldwork. Their children went to school, and in the autumn they baked potatoes on potatoes. The mares were foaling, the cats were basking in the sun. The wind brought the odor of herbs and the buzz of bees from the fields. They lived...’

Pieniacka Huta ceased to be at dawn on 28 February 1944. any of the inhabitants were shot in the cemetery, the others were driven to barns and houses and churches, closed and set on fire. Those trying to escape were shot or killed in the beast

The way. The possessions of the inhabitants – cattle, things, cereals – were robbed. More than 1,000 people died – women, men, old people and children – including Jews and Poles hiding in Pieniacka Huta Pieniacka Huta and surrounding areas (Hucła Pieniacki, Pieniaków).

The perpetrators of this crime were Ukrainians - volunteers in the German SS division “Galizen” commanded by a German officer, to whom the bander and Ukrainians joined, residents of the surrounding villages equipped with forks, axes, saws and carts to carry the stolen property.

We supply assistance to Ukraine all day. We have a feeling that the people and the state take the test all day. It doesn't weaken our memory of what happened years ago. This memory became part of our identity" – the words of Lech Parnell, confirmed Mrs. Małgorzata Gośniowska-Kola, speaking about the presence during the celebration of families and descendants from this Polish village. We came here again due to the fact that we remember. Of the 160 survivors of the demolition of the Pieniacka Huta, scattered around the world, there are inactive fewer witnesses. They obliged us and told us that we should remember, due to the fact that this is our Polish identity. Despite the death of about 1,000 people, this fistful of witnesses gave us what is crucial in life, what Poland is, what memory is, what our identity is and who we will be in the future. It's our work to all those who stayed in that land, in Pieniacka Huta.

This year, on 25 February, respective people with a typical of the consulate in Lviv arrived at the monument standing in an endless space in the site of the erstwhile village of Huta Pieniacka. Among them was the president of the Association of Polish Memory Thermopil and Kresów in Przemyśl.

In the letter read from the Consul in Lviv, there were no clear words of fact spoken during today's celebration before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. alternatively of the fact there was a blurring of historical facts besides in the sermon during the Mass in the Field Cathedral. It is time to complement the cognition of those who talk publically about the Republic of Poland, especially in the position of erasing cognition of its past in fresh programming bases.

A fewer quotes from the sermon: We come to remind her of the suffering she has experienced. cave land during the Second War to make the planet aware of the request and advancement of a profound transformation of Polish Ukrainian relations. We can pray for souls of the deceased in A fratricidal war. They died at their hands. Ukrainian soldiers. We have been trying to overcome the burden of the bad past and to find a common model of the life of 2 large nations, Polish and Ukrainian for over 1,000 years. erstwhile again, the talker asks the assembled Christians, the families of the victims of genocide, to address requests for forgiveness to executioners who commit crimes in an unimaginable way for Christians and appropriate for believers of the religion of Turkish civilization.

Families of victims who were bestially murdered and not killed do not request for 80 years of retaliation (as suggested by the priest). They have been demanding approval for 80 years for a worthy Christian burial. There is inactive no change in Ukraine's hearts and politics. The perpetrators of the crimes were not Ukrainian soldiers but Ukrainian volunteers in the German army - volunteers in the German SS division “Galizen” commanded by a German officer, to which they joined flags and Ukrainians, residents of surrounding villages. Crimes have been committed not on the Pięcki dirt but in the Polish village Huta Pieniacka.

The perpetrators of the crimes until present have not made an account of conscience, have not confessed to the crime and have not asked for forgiveness.

Infants and pregnant women did not participate in the fratricidal war, were torn and quartered by Ukrainians, in which the most vile instincts awakened, as Lech Parnell said. The Polish nation, the sovereign in the Republic of Poland, in which the Armenians, Jews, Germans, Czechs, Lithuanians, Russians, Roma, Rusini lived for over 1,000 years. The Ukrainian nation was established in 1991.
Oh, my God.
