Asian Ork. Germany and Italy together offer submarines

The agreement was signed on April 16. The Republic of the Philippines, as part of the 3rd phase (Horizon 3) of the RAFPMP - Revised Armed Forces of the Philippines Modernization Program, intends to acquisition conventional-powered submarines. This means that submarines must be created from the ground up, as so far the Philippines Navy has not had specified ships. However, they were considered essential to increase the ability to defend the archipelago and the 200-mile exclusive economical zone.
