[Asia approaching] Tibet under Chinese regulation – modernization at the price of freedom

Tibet is upgrading. Under Chinese rule, fresh roads are being built, a railway network is developing, industrial centres and mines are being built to extract valuable uncommon earth metals. However, the question of costs remains. Has anyone asked the Tibetans if this is the direction they would like to develop? And are they willing to pay the price of their freedom?
