Australian Abrams for Ukraine. But not so fast

Until recently, the Australian Army served 59 M1A1SA Abrams tanks. It was decided to replace them with a fresh version of M1A2SEPv3, i.e. in a very akin specification for machines [obtained by the Polish Army](https://defence24.pl/industrial/m1a2sepv3-most-tank-version-abramsa-in-polska). Canberra bought 75 copies. From this order [46 vehicles have already been delivered](https://defence24.pl/industry/Australia-express-receives-abrams) and in January of this year the first company numbering 14 wagons reached [operational readiness](https://defence24.pl/technology/armia-australii-m1a2sepv3-lighter-in-service).
