Attacks on Russian military offices. Retireers with Molotov cocktails

A series of arsons of military offices in Russia occurred at the turn of July and August. In most cases, pensioners turned out to be abusers. The attackers were to be induced to act hostilely by 3rd parties, contacting them with inter alia communicators.
