Peremoga! The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Forces was announced by Lieutenant General Nikola Oleszczuk. Although this has small to do with the facts, Ukrainian propaganda lies like Goebbels in April 1945 erstwhile the russian Army was at the Oder.
The Ukrainians announced: “In total, according to preliminary data, Russian war criminals fired 38 rockets of different types:
– 1 Ch-47M2 Aerobalistic rocket "Kinzhal"; 1 was shot down
– 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles; 3 were shot down
– 1 3M22 ‘Cyrkon’;
– 13 Ch-101 maneuvering rockets; 11 were shot down
– 14 Calibr maneuvering missiles; 12 were shot down
– 2 Ch-22 maneuvering rockets;
– 3 guided Ch-59/Ch-69 air rockets.”
Somehow it does not consist of videos and photos which have penetrated the draconian screen of Ukrainian censorship, inhabitants of Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kramatorska, Poltava, Krzywy Krog, have as a substance of fact adequate to give them bullshit that everything was shot down and showed the facts.
The Russian side in the MON communication announced that this was a retaliation for Ukrainian raids on elements of the energy and economical infrastructure of the Russian Federation. With respect to the tragic and moving conscience and sensitivity of all rational-thinking man, the strike of a rocket in Kiev in the "Ochmatdiet" – a children's hospital. After examining the available photos, shots, films, detonation forces, etc., I believe that the fact is missing from the "prokijian information bubble" which puts the lying thesis of a conscious Russian criminal rocket strike into a kid infirmary building.
Russian disinformation trying to usage its propaganda services (equivalent to the 72nd Center for intellectual Operations and Information peculiar Forces of Ukraine) broadcasting it through controlled channels on the telegram and hordes of trolls, besides lies, tries to convince the public that it was an Ukrainian anti-aircraft rocket of the NASAMS system.
The event had with large probability the nature of an unfortunate interplay of circumstances. Russian side attacked targets in Kiev, including Żulany airport, electronic plant “Artiem” and 3 power traphostations (this is confirmed by pictures, videos and a message from the Kiev authorities.) The agglomeration has 4 million inhabitants and occupies a immense area. It has the strongest anti-aircraft defence presently in Europe including SAMPT/Mamba, MIM-104 Patriot, IRIS SLM, S-300, NASAMS, etc.
Also published videos documenting the effective demolition of Russian missiles by Ukrainian defenders Kiev. At least 1 large rocket struck by the Ukrainian OPL did not detonate in the air, and gravitationally spontaneously fell undirectedly on Kiev and exploded in the city area.
The rocket that struck the infirmary was characterized by a high-power demolition head and its form corresponds to the Ch-101 maneuvering rocket. It is not possible (and so claims the Russian side) for the anti-aircraft AIM-120 AMRAAM rocket of NASAMS strategy to do specified harm and trigger a documented detonation that can be observed on a video made available online. It was simply unfortunate, for which the Russian side is responsible, had it not been for the raid on targets in Kiev, there would not have been a successful hit of the Ukrainian OPL and a rocket Ch-101 wouldn't fall for a children's infirmary in Kiev. End of story. It is besides possible to hit the building next door (the question which one), and the infirmary was electrocuted by a wave of explosions and shrapnel. We'll never know, due to the fact that the Ukrainian side of nonsubjective experts won't let it.
Of course, the scale of emotion and their obsessions in this war make people incapable to accept rational communicative based on facts. Propagandists and prejudiced people attribute all evil ideas and traits to the fighting parties, depending on their sympathy. So for the “prokijian information bubble” it is simply a planned Russian war crime, and for the “pro-Russian information bubble” it is Ukrainian provocation and Ukrainian/American missile. But this is no longer an area of academic discourse by professionals, but a question of intellectual state, which is something for psychiatrists.
