When I compose these words, in the last days of April, it is not easy to learn at what phase the US – Russia – Ukraine negotiations are truly at. We have only partial information, and frequently utmost bias. It is so not known what is actually a condition for agreement and what is simply a smokescreen. Nevertheless, it seems that any things are clear.
