Weapons for Ukraine. Who's in charge of selling U.S. and NATO equipment?

The Russian media has made a large announcement about Ukraine's alleged arms trade. This is about equipment acquired from the US and NATO as part of support programmes. A network of retailers developing in the darknet was indicated. Their offers included American Javelins and Switchblade 300 drones.
