Turkish authorities have been trying to keep unchangeable relations with both Kiev and Moscow since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine. It is besides not by chance that this is where the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski and head of the Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs Sergey Lavrow have late paid their visits. What is equally important, Ankara inactive maintains that it is in favour of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
