On 14 September Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on an authoritative ceasefire which has been in force since 20:00 local time (18:00 Polish time). Information on this subject was provided by the AP agency, citing Armenian Grigorjan, Secretary of the safety Council of Armenia.
