The Greeks are breaking contracts for the Os and the Track Service with Russia?

According to topwar.ru and ArmyRecognition services, Greece is expected to terminate its contract with Russia for the service of its short-range air defence systems Tor-M1 and Osa-AKM. Does this mean that they will be handed over to the Ukrainians?
