No more dreams of inexpensive housing? Developers leave no illusions

The prices of apartments do not want to fall – and it seems that they will no longer. Increasingly less developers are expecting further reductions in housing prices, and most are looking for growth or stableness - according to the June Index of Changes in Housing Prices. Experts pointed out that at the same time more than half of local buyers anticipate a sale.
