If the Act on the National Judicial Council and the ultimate Court enters into force, a clear process of transforming the current legal strategy into a police state will begin. While the sense of harm and exclusion of parts of society has contributed to the triumph of the current ruling coalition, this does not justify any violation of the fundamental principles governing actual democracy.
