Anti-Constitutional application by a group of judges

The General Assembly of the NSA, by crushing by a majority, rejected the anti-constitutional request of a group of judges to adopt a resolution on the "necessity of statutory regulation of the position of judges appointed on the basis of resolutions of the National Judicial Council, shaped under the Act of 8 December 2017". By the way, it is embarrassing if individual who is simply a justice thinks that a "regulate status" can be passed, which is straight based on the Constitution.
