Another neo-judge dismissed from delegation complains to the Constitutional Tribunal

Adam Jaworski, a justice of the territory Court in Warsaw and vice-president of the Judges of the Republic of Poland association, appealed to the Constitutional Tribunal against the provision that became the basis for his dismissal from his delegation to the Warsaw Court of Appeal in March last year. A akin complaint was besides filed by Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, chairwoman of the current National Council of the Judiciary, who was dismissed from her delegation at the same time as Jaworski.
