Another neojudge dismissed from the delegation complains to the Constitutional Court

Adam Jaworski, justice of the territory Court in Warsaw, vice president of the Association of Judges of the Republic of Poland, sued the Constitutional Tribunal with a provision which became the basis for his appeal in March of the delegation to the Warsaw Court of Appeal. A akin complaint was besides lodged by Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woick, the president of the current National Judicial Council, who was dismissed from the delegation at the same time as Jaworski.
