Another country has a problem. Here the population of children has been falling for 45 years

Although the population of this country is at the top of the world, the population of children under 15 has been shrinking for 45 years. The percent of children in the full population declined by 0.3 percent points, to 10.8%. This is the lowest score since the start of collecting comparable statistic in 1950.
