A hostile drone attack resulted in a fire at an oil terminal in Theodosia in east Crimea, according to the head of the peninsula's business authorities, Sergei Aksyonov. The last specified attack took place a week ago. At the time, Russian authorities were forced to restrict gasoline sales.
