The prosecution decided to waive the detention of Annie W. – b. manager of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers. The decision was influenced by the expert's opinion of April 2, who ruled that separation with his parent could have a negative impact on Anna W's son's illness.
Anna W. has been in custody for weeks. During this time, her 13-year-old son's wellness in the autism spectrum deteriorated significantly.
“Pressia makes sense. I thank all the Members who appealed to the Minister of Justice yesterday to release Ms Anna. Everyone knows what it means to work with a kid in the autism spectrum. Further support for this household is needed. Ms Anna's case is simply a large manipulative lie," said Ms Anna Milchanowska at the press conference.

Anna W. will be able to leave the detention for a property warrant of PLN 400,000. The Prosecutor's Office besides ordered her to be subject to police supervision, not to contact another participants in the proceedings, and not to leave the country.
