Andrzej Duda made a decision on the alleged hatred speech bill

Andrzej Duda referred the alleged hatred speech bill to the Constitutional Court - in the preventive control procedure - to the President's Office. Parliament's amendment of the Criminal Code contains an extended list of grounds for crimes motivated by prejudice.
