Minister of Finance Andrzej Domanski sent a further letter to the State Electoral Commission requesting explanations concerning the resolution on the financial statements of the Law and Justice adopted by PKW. According to the Minister, the paper raises serious legal and administrative doubts which cannot be left unanswered.
In his argument, Domanski points to the provisions of the Constitution, the electoral code and another laws which emphasize the work of the administration to act in a fair and lawful manner.
Minister points out provisions and shortcomings in the resolution
Andrzej Domanski in his writing referred to the key principles of the Polish legal system, specified as trust in the state, legalism and efficiency of administration. peculiar attention was paid to the contradictions in the resolution of the PCW itself, which, according to the Minister, prevent its appropriate execution. Domański emphasises that the deficiency of justification for the resolution and the deficiency of discussion on it at the PKW gathering rise serious doubts about the transparency of the Commission's actions.
One of the Minister's arguments is that the resolution on the accounts of the Law and Justice was adopted without appropriate discussion of its details. According to Domański, the paper contains interior contradictions that make it impossible to implement. He besides mentions that not only experts and public opinion have doubts about the resolution, but besides any PKW members.

PKW demands legal basis for the proposal
The letter of the Minister of Domański was first issued on 8 January, and its intent was to request an explanation of the resolution on funds for the Law and Justice. In consequence to the request, the president of the PKW, justice Sylwester Marciniak, requested the Minister of Finance to indicate the legal basis which would enable the Commission to take action on the matter.
PKW adopted the financial statements of the Law and Justice in accordance with the ultimate Court's decision, which further complicates the situation and increases the rank of the dispute. Domański argues that clarification of doubts related to the resolution of PKW is not only a legal issue, but besides evidence of transparency and reliability of public administration activities.
