American-Russian talks in Riyadh without Ukrainian and European Union participation

Marco Rubio, Secretary of State of the United States, and Sergei Lavrow, Russian abroad Minister, met in the Saudi capital. They agreed to reconstruct diplomatic missions to Washington and Moscow, as well as to make a squad that will negociate the terms of the end of the war in Ukraine.
