American General warns: The next war may not be in the temperate zone

"Every day we train in case of worst-case scenario, we should be prepared for all condition, due to the fact that there is no certainty that the next war will be fought in the temperate zone," said Major General Joseph Hilbert, commander of the US Army in Alaska and 11th Airborne Division.
