Former U.S. Force Commander in Europe, General Ben Hodges, warns that European leaders "wake slowly" that the United States is no longer a reliable partner. In his opinion, Washington's actions towards the war in Ukraine and fresh reports "show that business with Russia after the end of all this can be the most crucial for Washington."
